I am a firm believer that sometimes we choose books, and sometimes books choose us. In my case, this is one of the latter. Essentially Understanding Human Nature is a synthesis of what Brook has learned over 25 years working in yoga, meditation, Chinese medicine, dance, Native American mysticism, tantra and just generally trying to live a life.
