Here at Bookbag we're big fans of Cliff McNish. But he's not just a great author, he's a generous one too and he's happy to give everybody the gift of a free book. You can download The Winter Wolf in PDF format and then read it on screen, but it prints beautifully too either by page or as a booklet. The lovely illustrations by Trish Philips mean it can also be read aloud to a child. It's a gorgeous story too.
