Highly recommended, I just loved this book. They were very excited about ''Wendy Quill is a Crocodile's Bottom'' at the Bologna Children's Book Fair, and it's obvious why. It is full of warmth and candour and is an absolute delight in all ways. Personally, I can’t wait for the sequel.
I really have to mention Meddour's first book, [[A Hen in the Wardrobe by Wendy Meddour|A Hen In The Wardrobe]] for more family drama, heart-felt heartfelt warmth and hilarious action. And do read [[Penny Dreadful is a Complete Catastrophe by Joanna Nadin]], which you'll love just as much. For even younger readers, you might try [[I'm Just Not Keen On Spiders (Charlie and Lola) by Lauren Child]]. You might also enjoy [[Wendy Quill is Full Up of Wrong by Wendy Meddour and Mina May]].
