Rob Keeley has been writing stories and plays since childhood and had his first magazine article published aged fifteen. He is the author of two three collections of short stories for children, ''The Alien in the Garage'' and , ''The (Fairly) Magic Show'' and ''The Dinner Club and Other Stories'', both all published by Troubador Publishing. His first novel for children, a ghost story called ''Childish Spirits'', is now available from Troubador. He has also written for ''Chain Gang'' and ''Newsjack'' for BBC Radio 7 (now BBC Radio 4 Extra), and has several magazine credits to his name, both fiction and non-fiction.
Rob's first degree was in Law but he is now studying for has since gained a Master's in Creative Writing. He has worked extensively in the voluntary sector and has undertaken voluntary work in schools helping young people with their reading and I.T. After gaining his Master'sRob is available for school/library visits, Rob hopes to move into Creative Writing tuitionworkshops, readings and signings. He also offers editorial services.
