It makes sense to download this book and see what it has to say, but don't rely on it for anything other than a trip through the uploading process once you've pulled everything together.
Of rather more practical use is How to Publish your own eBook by Nik Rawlinson, which does give explanations and advice. We were also quietly impressed by The Book Publishers Toolkit: 10 Practical Pointers for Independent and Self Publishers. If you're looking for a literary agent, you might find this helpful.
