Annette Mark is the pen name for a husband and wife author team. Annette, a caterer by profession, was born in a small German village. She met Mark, who has a legal and managerial background, in South Africa.
Their love of nature and travel inspired them to see the world together. Over the past few decades, they have lived in several countries before finally settling on Australia’s Gold Coast.
The inspiration and idea for this book germinated while they were living in Bangkok, Thailand.
