Maxwell N. Andrews is the author of the Lighthouse of the Netherworlds. In the past, he has been spectacularly average in his long, uneventful life, but that all changed when he travelled to the wilds of the Scottish Highlands, putting down roots a giant's stone throw away from Loch Ness and its indomitable serpent. He lives with his wife, two demanding dogs, an aloof cat and various Highland creatures that try his patience and waning resolve. Having an unhealthy interest in computers in his early teens, he worked in the industry both as a software and hardware engineer, ingesting far too much coffee during the working day and into the sleepless nights.
